Drying Your Fruits
Nonetheless, dried fruits can be achieved by baking them in the oven at a low temperature for several hours until they are dry.
Firstly, preheat your oven to about 95 degrees C on the top & bottom heat with fan function. Cut your fruits into 0.5mm - 0.8mm thin slices, if the slices are too thin you will damage the fruits when flipping them over during the half-way point of the drying process.
