We have a strict no returns and refund policy for any perishable products sold to you. Please understand that products have to be quality checked upon delivery or receiving the products. Eligibility for returns are only applicable in certain cases such as:

1. Perishable Product received is not in its optimum freshness

2. Perishable Product received is not in accordance to the order details

   1. Perishable Product exchanged must be in original condition and unused

ONLY in such cases, a meet up will be scheduled with you for an exchange of the new product for the old product.
